For those interested in implementing additional models for MCMCpack or just in the inner-workings of the package, we have released the "MCMCpack Developer Documentation and Coding Specification." That document is availableas an Adobe PDF file spec.pdf. While still generally applicable, this file is somewhat out-of-date, and needs to be updated to reflect changes in auto.Scythe.call() and other design changes.
