For those interested in implementing additional models for MCMCpack or just in the inner-workings of the package, we have released the MCMCpack Developer Documentation and Coding Specification. While still generally applicable, this file is somewhat out-of-date, and needs to be updated to reflect changes in auto.Scythe.call() and other design changes.
